Berkeley Commerce Center is a 295-acre site fully entitled for industrial and commercial use, located 29 miles from the Port of Charleston and adjacent to the Jedburg Road and Interstate 26 interchange. Rushmark plans to develop a 2.6 million SF logistics park which will have 4,900 feet of highly visible frontage along the interstate. The site is fully entitled, served by all utilities, with the first phase of project delivered in Q4 2025.
